My flowers didn’t arrive Same Day as guaranteed. In fact they didn’t arrive until late afternoon the next day. When I contacted Floom, they said they’d refund my delivery fee but not the £60 I’d spent on flowers that were now useless. People order same day flowers for a reason.
Very poor service. I’ve used them in nyc with no problem but I’ll think twice now. Shocked that they aren’t refunding the full cost or providing a credit.
