“Staff were very helpful and courteous and clearly spoken (which when you are older really helps)-the delivery driver was also very pleasant and well presented as was his delivery vehicle which was very impressive-altogether the ambience of your company was well represented-hip hip hooray for you”

“items were to be delivered on monday 7th nov waited in all day and nothing arrived a wasted day . no communication from yourselves , rang first thing the next day and was advised a call to the couriers would be made to see whats going on and a call back would be made . 4 and a half hours later I called back to be told cannot get in touch with courier so had not called me back to update me ???? ( a day and a half wasted now) , told a call back would be made asap . wek and a half later nobody called to apologize etc . The courier did turn up later that afternoon on the tuesday and advised parcel was sent out for delivery that morning and not the monday very poor service leaving the customer to chase the delivery and sit about for a day and a a half and after paying 17.50 not even delivered on day specified”

“The flooring is excellent quality and much cheaper than on the high street, Factory Direct flooring staff i cannot fault, very helpful. The only reason i did not rate 5* was because the courier company did not deliver the flooring on the day delivery was arranged, also missed the time slot re-arranged the following day.”

“Factory direct are good quality of flooring for little cost and quick response after i had ordered online ,quick delivery was here in less than 48 hrs ,I would recommend and also the delivery guy was a star very friendly and helpful.i pe ill be using again for flooring for the rest of my house”
