Very poor customer service and the delivery support is shocking. Only a full day slot. No am or pm or a call 1hour before delivery.

Delivery arrived a day late, waited in all day on both days for it to arrive at 4pm with only one of the two items ordered. No update on when the other item is due to arrive as bank holiday. Ordered it for this weekend so I could fit it but now unable and having to source the other item myself to sort the missing item! Delivery company is extremely difficult to get hold off, been on hold numerous amounts of time for 45 minutes and more!

After waiting weeks, I was told my flooring was out of stock and was not given any date for restocking. However, the flooring still shows as "in stock" for immediate delivery on the website. So they are selling a product they don't have, and don't have any idea of when it will be in stock, if ever. So beware if you order from them, they will take your money but not have your order in stock !

Arrived on time, however during laying it was found to be under the 5 metres ordered. Asked for replacement but tol it had to be returned in good order as delivered and no refund. I was told I would have to unroll it before laying to check the length. Complete incompetence on there part.

Placed an order for delivery on a specific day (it's not possible to place an order without doing this!). Made arrangements to delivery when requested, sent an email to chase and find out where the delivery would arrive...only to be told I hadn't requested it. I was then told I probably wouldn't have been contacted if I hadn't chased. Asked if they could deliver on AM/PM, told this wasn't possible (even though AM is an option on their site). Asked if they would do this as a gesture of goodwill, only to be told I'd need to pay another £12.50. Looking at things, it appears it's not unusual. I'd avoid.

Paid £20 for delivery fee and chose a specific delivery date as I was within time constraints. Order did not arrive on chosen day, contacted customer service who were no help at all, said they couldn't track the order. Turned up 2 days later. Customer service were no help at all. Very disappointed.

Delivery problems. Other companies get the driver to provide a time slot for the delivery on the day.

Hi, Thanks for taking the time to submit feedback regarding your order. The website does offer numerous delivery options including AM & Timed delivery, for customers who opt for the standard delivery between 08:00 - 18:00, we do however request drivers call ahead prior to delivery and we also assist with ETA's wherever possible.

It's the first time we ordered from here and it will be the last.I think the customer service is very poor so if you have a problem beware.The planks in our herringbone pack should have been 7 of each,A and B.However there were 10 planks neither A or B.When I contacted them,they didn't believe me saying it had never happened before! And we had to send them back for inspection before they would send out another pack.Only to be told a week later that they were out of stock anyway.So we had to wait another week! Never again.

I had delivery for laminate flooring and underlay. laminate flooring some was damaged, have spoken to customer services very unhelpful and rude, he hang up the phone on me when i asked how to write review on your website. I wasted my money and i wish I did not buy from this company. Bad customer services after sales very unhelpful and rude staff.

The flooring itself looks nice, but is terrible quality. The amount of edge pieces that snapped off when I was trying to lay the floor was staggering, and this was following the instructions to the letter. The 'matching' beading was an entirely different colour. The delivery was nothing short of disastrous. Firstly the pallete arrived on top of another pallette double wrapped in plastic. Once I got into it, 3 had been shattered in half. I got very lucky that I saw the small a4 piece of paper, saying that deliveries must be checked and issues reported before the lorry driver left. This had been conveniently hidden in the mass of plastic wrap, rendering it unreadable before I signed. They sent out more, but one pack less than they should have. I then reported this and accepted a refund for missing replacements, due to the terrible experience. Customer service are fast to answer, but offer nothing by way of apology, just replacements that you need to be home for and check before the driver leaves. Overall an awful experience start to finish and I'd never use this terrible company again.
