“I ordered the wrong flooring from fdf, which they were very helpful in finding a new supplier to supply the type of flooring I needed in the timescale I required. On returning the product they made payment promptly. The product I did receive was of good quality and would definitely recommend using fdf. Very helpful staff and will be using them again. “THe delivery driver was really helpful and left the product by my car ready for me to load it in. I over ordered some insulating floor covering for under the laminate flooring, and it was easy to return and be refunded. Happy with the overall experience and love the flooring now its down too.”

“Great service and prompt delivery. However 1 issue I have is advice given on underlay, I asked for enough for amount of laminate, I was given 5 rolls to many. Will need to find out about returns.”
