“I found the ordering process simple, and it is good that the site auto calculates the waste percentage to the order. I placed 2 separate orders of the same product, due to a last minute change of plan, which slightly complicated the delivery process, however the online support for this was very good and they merged the 2 orders into 1 delivery and reimbursed us the second delivery charge. We haven't started laying the product yet, but the process and service so far has been very good, thank you.”

“Floor looks great . Great service when I ordered . Delivery was ok but my son had to carry it up the steps to the house . Good thing he was home as I am recovering from a serious back operation. When my fitter was putting floor down he noticed some boards were stained with a black liquid that had caused swelling . Good job we had ordered extra . Not sure if I would use again”

“I bought some wooden floor, which came with a few bended boards, my problem was quickly solved by Karl, which gave me a couple of options and I had the boards replaced as soon as they could. Karl was very helpful and kind which made everything much easier. Thank you Karl.”

“Good quality product delivered in rapid time.One small issue was as this was for my eldely mothers kitchen i dis not get to inspect the product within the 24 hour period.It came to light when being installed one of the boxes was damaged and warped on one corner,luckily we did not need it as my installer did a great job and looks great in my mums new kitchen.”

“Floor is gorgeous. Love the patterns and thickness. Only reason I gave four star instead of five is that I booked in a time I would collect it. Got there and had to wait nearly 45minutes for it to be cut. Took me nearly an hour to drive there so was really annoying. Other than that, good experience.”

“Flooring looks amazing! It took a little while to arrive and a lot longer to fit than expected but it’s absolutely stunning. We ordered the barley oak herringbone and it’s gorgeous. Yet to see how it work with the under floor heating but hopefully it’ll be ok.”

“Very good they gave me help when I needed to know how much I need to order, and delivery was on time and where it should be. Had 1 piece slightly damaged but it didn’t effect the floor laying.”
