“Delivery was on time, no hassle. But the delivery costs were very high indeed for mainland Argyll (over £100), and this wasn't obvious initially. Flooring itself is fine, although darker (greyer) than anticipated from photographs on website. More different views would be helpful.”

“I had to cancel my order. I ordered a product only to be told it would take 3 weeks to deliver it. I said at the time of ordering it was urgent. The same flooring was sourced in my area and they also delivered it the very next day. I was very dpissapointed with your service. I will not be using you again.”

Dear Anita, I am sorry that were not able to get the goods to you in time, the stock on some items does seem to move very quickly when we have offers on etc. If you do decide to place any orders you can call us before placing an order to check stock availability and our customer service team can reserve stock for you if required.

“My name is leslie mees my order was for 14 boxes of flooring. it arrived at the right time the driver knocked the door once walked back to his lorry. I was in my garden I called him he said I will not drive up to your garage he was going to dump it in the road, so i told him to take it back and I have canceled the order ,so I will have a complete refund please.”

Dear Mrs Mees, This delivery was arranged verbally with you and arranged as a curb side delivery as advertised on our website and also as listed in your confirmation email - Further to that it is also listed in the delivery confirmation email we send you after speaking to you - I am sorry that you didn't notice this, the driver on the day of delivery did not wish to reverse into your driveway as they are not insured for any damage caused as they are instructed to deliver to the closest access point to the property as arranged with you over the telephone.

We do contact you to arrange a delivery date and discuss the times that the delivery can take place in case you need to arrange to have someone there to help you get the goods inside.
