“Was a mix up with delivery dates but soon got sorted”

“Unfortunately the product was inadequately packaged and was subsequently damaged in transit quite badly. Due to a restricted time frame we had to keep the damaged floor covering and make the best of. Was offered a small partial refund by the company but would be reluctant to use again unfortunately.”

“Bought LVT for 2 rooms and the fitter said it is excellent quality. Needed an extra box and staff arranged for it to be couriered with 24 hours. Great products at very reasonable prices compared to high street and fantastic customer service. Highly recommend.”

“So happy with the roll vinyl I purchased for my kitchen.Really good value and excellent quality. Had an issue with delivery but have to say it was sorted out efficiently and I was very pleased with the outcome. Highly recommend this seller 10 out of 10👍”

“There was a major disaster when they accidentally sent the wrong colour scotia out, but it was quickly resolved, and refund provided. Used these guys a few times in the past, and that's the only issue I have ever had, so cant complain too much!”
