“Awful company I couldn’t believe they said once I’ve opened it’s my fault when the courier delivered a whole pack of wet floors I then tried to refund as they was the wrong floor anyway and was told only for undamaged or un opened ones when the packs were bound to break on the second lift. It’s was extremely disappointing especially when a memeber of the team said I would be refunded and then another memeber said no. I then bought a second pack of floor just for the courier to have smashed all the packs on the edges and even the ones packed in the middle of the pallet were broken at the click point. In the end I’ve spent £1500 to have no service and have the worst experience I’ve ever had when it comes to purchasing items like this. All the floor was extremely poor quality. The floor has white rings on and I suspect it’s due to the quality of their floors. I wouldn’t have minded the wait but no customer service and poor catering when it comes to delivery is unacceptable I will just take it on the chin and put money into proper companies from now on. Do not purchase”

“Terrible quality product, the worst my fitter had ever come across. It was virtually impossible to fit and despite distance selling regs saying the company should refund all shipping costs for a fault item, Factory Direct Flooring are refusing to meet their obligations and want to charge me £53 to return an obviously useless product to them. On the phone they were incredibly condescending, unkind and unhelpful. Once they’ve got your money they’ll do whatever they can to keep hold of it, regardless of the law.”

“Unfortunately the product was inadequately packaged and was subsequently damaged in transit quite badly. Due to a restricted time frame we had to keep the damaged floor covering and make the best of. Was offered a small partial refund by the company but would be reluctant to use again unfortunately.”

“Bought LVT for 2 rooms and the fitter said it is excellent quality. Needed an extra box and staff arranged for it to be couriered with 24 hours. Great products at very reasonable prices compared to high street and fantastic customer service. Highly recommend.”

“There was a major disaster when they accidentally sent the wrong colour scotia out, but it was quickly resolved, and refund provided. Used these guys a few times in the past, and that's the only issue I have ever had, so cant complain too much!”
