“The Factory Direct Flooring website was easy to navigate and the calculator helped us to work out what we needed for our kitchen/diner floor. There was a great range of laminate flooring which is very competitively priced. We have purchased a quality product for significantly less than we were quoted from our highstreet flooring company. The delivery service was also excellent. It has now been fitted and looks fantastic. I cannot fault FDF at all. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone! thank you :-)”

“There was good personal contact from the time of the order, we were telephoned to organise a mutually convenient delivery time, the delivery person contacted us and agreed a time within the requested day. The product was excellent and everything was great, and we would be happy to recommend Factory Direct Flooring.”

“Very efficient. Placed an order on Tuesday, phone call on Wednesday to say delivery may be longer than normal, I confirmed that I needed it by a certain date to coincide with other tradespeople. They rang on Thursday apologising that they couldn't meet my date so I unfortunately had to cancel the order. Payment credited to my credit card on Friday. Very satisfied and I will definitely try them again when I need any sort of flooring. Thankyou.”

“I sent for 2 samples of vinyl click flooring, I received them within 2 days, after deciding which sample I wanted went onto the advertisement for the chosen tile to check what size the tile was available in a worked out the number needed, including several extra. I needed sixty tiles (six packs), plus. 4 other accessories on the Thursday evening had a very nice phone call on the Friday morning offering me a choice of delivery any day the following week I chose Monday and they arrived as promised, well packed . I know it is advertised as kerbside delivery. I must have had a good driver he put them in the hallway of my house. Very pleased with the service”

“I ordered some vinyl tile on a Sunday, and got a phone call early the next morning. The tiles were with me the next working day. I was really happy with the quality of the tiles but even happier with the price. I am a joiner and I have fitted all kinds of flooring, laminate, oak plank, even sprung gymnasium floors, so I know a good product when I see it. I would recommend F.D.F. to anyone”

“Having just out our flooring down,i must tell you that it looks absolutely beautiful,i never dreamed I could have a floor like this.i found it really easy to order as the gentleman on the phone spoke to me and explained how to order and how much etc. I placed the order and the following day it was delivered, what a fantastic service thank you.”

“I firstly ordered two samples which arrived within a day or two through my letter box. I then placed an order for some vinyl flooring on a Monday evening (Oct'16) and received an acknowledgement e-mail straight away. Next day at 9.15am i received another e-mail asking me to give them a call as they could not get through to my number. My order confirmed on the phone and delivery date of Friday agreed. Flooring arrived mid-morning Friday. I would use this company again and would recommend.”
