“Good selection of flooring at very reasonable prices, easy to purchase and very quick delivery, we got ours the next day! Only negative from me is that the delivery itself wasn't very good. The flooring is delivered by courier and because the pallet lift wasn't working, my husband had to lift 28 boxes off the van and then again in to the house alone, with no help from the delivery man (insurance reasons). Wish we had some pre warning beforehand to arrange more people to be there to help.”

“We liked the internet site which we found easy to navigate. Price was very good compared to the likes of Carpet Giant, friendly staff when the follow up call was made to arrange delivery which was done very promptly. I only have a couple minor negatives both easily reseolved. From the descrition we could not work out which way the pattern ran. Secondly I ordered two different lengths in the same width, instead of sending me two different lengths you sent me one big one. This is annoying because it is extremely heavy and makes fitting more difficult.”

“Quick sample sent. Ordered flooring which was delivered within 2 days. Good communication with sales assistant. Good quality flooring, my partner is a carpenter and gave the seal of approval. Has recommended to his customers. Finally, very reasonable price.”

“The day after I placed my order I received a call from Mike about my order explaining the items were out of stock and offering an alternative. He set up a new basket for me but I changed my mind and tried to reorder the original order. Had difficulty ordering and phoned, speaking to Adam, and got my order placed. Mike phoned again re the delay to be expected but he arranged for my second order to be covered by the Black Friday deal. High standard of customer care shown by both Mike and Adam.”
