“Website clear and straight forward. Payment quick and simple. Quality of producet amazing. Service and courtesy of office staff outstanding. Its only fair that I mention the courier service was not upto scratch but I do understand that problems occur and your staff dealt proptly and professionally with both emails and telephone enquiries. “very prompt, very good communication and very efficient. Only query is how to check 15 boxes of herring bone parquet when it is offloaded on a pallet and covered in shrink wrap, not possible to do visible check whilst driveris there! Now managed to open boxes and several in the middle of the consignment are slightly crushed leading to some of the lengths being slightly crushed but wont know whether there is sufficient until buider does floor injanuary.”

“Having decided on the flooring we wanted the next step was ordering online. This was very easily accomplished with an easy to use online system. Within five minutes of sending our order we had a delightful sales guy 'Jack' call and see whether delivery would be okay for the next day! True to his word, the flooring was delivered on a pallet the very next day and we had a call from the lorry driver to say his was on his way so I could arrange for assistance with bringing the flooring indoors.”

“from searching internet for reasonably priced flooring, came across factory direct flooring, placed order, (at very good price) received conformation e-mails as normal, then received a courteous phone call from Jack, arranged delivery and before I knew it, my flooring was here. Great service, great product, great price, will recommend and definitely use again.”
