“Terrible. Order not even arrived, now at 3 days late. No explanation. Spent hundreds of pounds and my granddaughter has kindly stayed in for the delivery now on the third day. Courier advised delivery has now arrived at their depo but no word on when it’ll arrive. A very kind person fromFDF, Karl, has been trying to help me but he’s frustrated to.”

“My order was damaged by carrier. I asked the replacement of laminate flooring. Even though the staff wrote that colleague is on the process of sending replacement, I haven’t received a replacement for 5 days. So I had to contact again.”

“Unable to offer threshold delivery which meant I had to cancel my order as I am pregnant so cannot lift the flooring from the kerbside- I live on ground floor and have an entrance right off the driveway and they were unable to accommodate for me”

“Order didn’t arrive the day I selected for delivery, even after ringing on the day to check it will be delivered and told it was out for delivery for it to never show up. To then follow up the next day to see where my order is to be told then they couldn’t locate it, Really poor customer service as no one seemed to care that my order was missing. Then when requesting a refund which can’t be processed untill they track my order So I’ve gone to a more reliable company who delivered & fitted my flooring the same day! But still out of pocket from this company as my refund hasn’t yet been sorted!”
