“Do not use this company! I ordered flooring from them and they did not deliver as arranged. They then charged me £51, almost double the original delivery fee paid, for "redelivery" - and threatened to deduct over £100 from any refund if I refused. The flooring delivered was of such poor quality and so uneven my builders could not use it. They are now refusing to take it back. AVOID!!!!”

Dear Hannah Oleary, Thanks for your review. We did attempt the delivery as arranged, Ourselves and the delivery driver tried calling the contact number on the order @ 16:10 on the day of delivery when attempting delivery, no answer, this caused the delivery to fail and a re delivery charge was taken. If goods have to be returned by the courier as no one was there to accept them, yes a charge is applicable as per the terms and conditions of purchase, We have also not refused to take the items back, we have advised you are free to return them within 30 days, we have also discussed replacing some of the items if required, the quality issue you mention isn't present in our stock and based on the photos you have provided, this shouldn't prevent the product from being fitted.

“Found no samples unreasonable time to deliver if ordered took too long Shipping costs unacceptable Normally order things companies arrange for you to pick up not pay costs Returns would loose money on refund Sorry wouldn’t use again Staff on site I would highly commend very helpful”

“Very happy with the floor. It did not come on the day because there was a car blocking the street, but it did come the next day and the delivery man was very nice and helpful. The floor is brilliant. It was wrapped well and no damage. I am very happy. Thank you.”

“Even though I haven't had the flooring fitted yet I've given 5 stars for the quality of the vinyl flooring. The colour and style is lovely, l like the fact it doesn't look like straight planks, the slight angle makes it really stand out. Fast delivery and the delivery men put it inside for me.”
