Order didn’t arrive the day I selected for delivery, even after ringing on the day to check it will be delivered and told it was out for delivery for it to never show up. To then follow up the next day to see where my order is to be told then they couldn’t locate it, Really poor customer service as no one seemed to care that my order was missing. Then when requesting a refund which can’t be processed untill they track my order So I’ve gone to a more reliable company who delivered & fitted my flooring the same day! But still out of pocket from this company as my refund hasn’t yet been sorted!
