“Sorry to complain but this vinyl is very poor quality tears easily like paper. I have brought cheaper from supermarkets that are better so I will not be using you again. I can't faulty your service and delivery though just the product.”

“I really wanted to use some sort of wood flooring not being too wild about laminates and how they look and feel, but once down was I impressed by the LVC. It not just looks great but feels great too and seems almost indestructible. That said it was easy to score and bend so that even tricky cuts were relatively simple. My bathroom floor has really been lifted and best of all my wife is thrilled so i have gained a few browny points back too - not that they will last long. If you are thinking about Factory Direct and LVC everything about them was perfect.”

“I cannot comment on the quality of the product as I never received it. The courier firm which Factory Direct used refused to give any indication of time or even date of delivery, although a "Timed Delivery" had been ordered as the premises are not open full-time. As a result, they kept trying for a week (so they said) but apparently at times when the premises were unmanned. Eventually I cancelled the order and bought elsewhwere. Very poor service.”

“Didn't have enough stock of what we wanted, but refunded money straight away.reordered different colour delivered in two days. Delivery driver was excellent , polite and helpful and helped carry flooring into our house.will recommend and use again.”

“Shocking service. Half the flooring arrived broken. They said they’d arrange next day delivery replacements. Didn’t hear anything back, then it became the day after. Here I am 3 days later STILL without the replacement products! AVOID!”
