“Terrible, both floors came damaged and marked! Took to long to resolve. Needed flooring down asap! Had no choice couldn’t wait! Was ridiculous to be offered £10,£20 then finally £25 refund! Won’t use this company again. Customer service agent was rude and cheeky thru email.”

“Awful service, order was apparently cancelled the day after i order. Never received an email, wasnt offered an alternative which meant I spent a whole day waiting for a delivery that was never going to arrive. Contacted them to be told to place another order. No sense of empathy or good service. Will not be ordering again. Would urge every reader not to order. A company who doesnt think about any kind of customer service. Awful experience!”

“Very annoyed to order vinyl that says it is in stock on the website and allows you to pick a delivery date and pay, only to get a phone call a day later (after I’d booked someone to fit it) to say it was out of stock and wouldn’t be in stock for 3 weeks. Factory Flooring Direct’s solution to this, did I want to order the 4m width (and pay the extra) instead of the 3m and cut off the excess? Or did I want a more expensive vinyl? No thank you to both! Only positive was a quick refund process. I understand in these difficult times that trying to get peoples business is important, but falsely advertising something to be in stock when it isn’t then asking them to buy a more expensive vinyl or one that is the incorrect size, is not the way to do business and just feels like a dishonest way to trade and makes the customer feel conned into spending more money.”
