I cannot comment on the quality of the product as I never received it. The courier firm which Factory Direct used refused to give any indication of time or even date of delivery, although a "Timed Delivery" had been ordered as the premises are not open full-time. As a result, they kept trying for a week (so they said) but apparently at times when the premises were unmanned. Eventually I cancelled the order and bought elsewhwere. Very poor service.
