Terrible, both floors came damaged and marked! Took to long to resolve. Needed flooring down asap! Had no choice couldn’t wait! Was ridiculous to be offered £10,£20 then finally £25 refund! Won’t use this company again. Customer service agent was rude and cheeky thru email.
