“Disappointed with delivery service. No notice of when floor would be arriving. I received a mid morning text to say it would be arriving that day between 9-5 and within an hour, received a phone call saying it was outside house. I was however in work over an hour away so flooring was left on my driveway in the rain all day at risk of theft. When I got home to store flooring in the dry there was a note stating that it was my responsibility to confirm all material is correct and undamaged but there was nobody in the house at delivery to even sign. This is not a cheap amount of flooring so disappointed with the whole delivery process. Thanks Sean Cochlin”
