“Awful customer service. Waited all yesterday and no delivery came. They claimed it had been lost. Promised me a redelivery today and I've waited all morning. They claimed to have delivered even though I've been sat here waiting all day. No not order from here!”

“Fast delivery really good price and the flooring is a really high standard, 12mm click fitting and the boards were all in good shape no damage. Also the room calculator was accurate, I have 1 box left from the 18 ordered so it did cover any mistakes I may of made. Happy with the product and would use again”

“Flooring was delivered on time and by a really friendly and helpful delivery driver. The floor is beautiful and the calculator was perfect and we had exactly the correct amount of flooring and underlay. So easy to lay and took my husband and I just over a day to lay it all. It's made such a difference to our living room and we're really impressed!”

“First time I have used their service and I must say I am very impressed with the level of service I received. Ordering products online was straightforward and easy, Samples were received very quickly and of a suitable size to make a decision on which product and style to chose. I arranged a specific day for delivery and it was delivered to my driveway and driver was prepared to assist me in taking the tolls inside my home, which I declined as I could manage. I laid the flooring myself and I have to say I made an excellent job of it and it looks superb, excellent quality. I would certainly recommend Factory Direct products and service.”

“In the end I didn't get vinyl from Factory Direct. I placed the order, paid and arranged a delivery date. Shortly before it was due to be delivered, I received a call to say it was out of stock and discontinued. To be fair, repayment was quick, but overall I was disappointed.”

“Hi there, I started to lay my flooring and the tolerances of the boards are out. I am 1-2mm out and continually having to swap out boards to find one that fits, could this be a faulty batch? It looks like these boards were manufactured in 2009 which is worrying. If they have been manufactured in 2009 can you guarantee that they have all been stored in the same environment this entire time? I look forward to your reply. Regards, Ryan”
