First time I have used their service and I must say I am very impressed with the level of service I received. Ordering products online was straightforward and easy, Samples were received very quickly and of a suitable size to make a decision on which product and style to chose. I arranged a specific day for delivery and it was delivered to my driveway and driver was prepared to assist me in taking the tolls inside my home, which I declined as I could manage. I laid the flooring myself and I have to say I made an excellent job of it and it looks superb, excellent quality. I would certainly recommend Factory Direct products and service.
