I can only comment on the price of uk cover,as i have not needed the Breakdown service,i scoured a lot of sites and 2gether was by far the best price for the service provided.

The transaction was very concise and the package appears sound. Hopefully I shall not be using the call out but with a 8year old bike, one never knows. And the price was way better than the RAC!But renewal time may be a different matter?

bought policy 26 6 2015 on line told at end of tranaction would recive conformation @full details of policy @contact numbers to date i have not had anything i hope this is not a reflection of there breakdown recovery service

We had a flat tyre on our motorhome on a Tuesday morning, the recovery took well over an hour to come, but the man was pleasant and quick, but didn't offer to check the pressure on the spare and then didn't seem to understand the equipment he used when we asked him to. i.e that our ignition had to be on for his air pressure pump to work. The phone call through to request help was easy though and we were thankful for the cover.

Breakdown policy covered all my requirements at a sensible price. Positive reviews finalised my decision to buy. First time using 2gether so cannot comment on recovery and customer care.

I bought a policy with you via comparethemarket.com yesterday but put the incorrect registration number which was HV03VWE, the correct one is HK03VWE I didn't realise until later after I had paid. There doesn't seem to be a place on your website to click on to change details. I rang you today but was told I wasn't on the system yet. As the policy starts on the 30 June I hope there won't be any problems. I emailed you explaining what had happened but haven't had a reply.

We drive a 1988 VW camper witch is very well maintained so touch wood we have never need to call on your services yet. the cover seems very good for the price

Just had to use this breakdown service, it was truly appalling. It took 7.5 hours to be collected. It appeared that 2Gether breakdown insurance, sub out to drive-365, they sub out to Eggertons,who then sub out to Walls breakdown. I am in the process of trying to get my money back. KEEP WELL CLEAR!

On a motorcycle I had a flat tyre and when I called they could not help me, I asked them to forward me a number of a garage who could help and they sent me the number for a national tyre service who did not provide motorcycle tyres!

I was stuck on the busy A6 having put unleaded fuel into my diesel car (the pump nozzle was black instead of green), I had a 15 month old baby and a dog in the car. The call centre were unable to cross reference my car reg, my name or my post code with their details (my policy number was actually written on my phone) so I was unable to tell them it. I had to hang up, get the number, write it down and wait for them to ring me back. Once we'd gone through all that, I was then told my policy did not cover improper use of fuel. Great! Not much use paying for Breakdown cover when you're not covered for ....er ...breaking down.
