I'm sure the policy itself will prove to be fine, but setting it up was troublesome. I did so through the comparethemarket site, and there was obviously no join up between them and your company. I made a lot of calls to your office for the next week, just to get the paperwork to prove that I had actually bought a policy. The premium was, of course, deducted from my account immediately.
If I had needed to make one more call then it would have been to the regulator.
