One morning, I logged into my investment dashboard and noticed something wasn’t right. A potential security breach. My heart sank. Every second felt like an hour. I’d worked too hard to build this portfolio, and now everything was at risk. That’s when URF proved why they’re the only name I trust when it comes to cybersecurity. I reached out immediately, and within minutes, I had a dedicated team assessing the situation. No scripted responses. No bouncing around from department to department. Just action. They identified the breach fast — faster than I expected — and immediately moved to contain and resolve it. But they didn’t stop there. They walked me through every step, explained what happened in plain language, and put multiple layers of protection in place to make sure it never happens again. Their professionalism, speed, and transparency gave me something no one else could: peace of mind. .

What began as a lingering technical issue gradually escalated into a serious account lockout, creating uncertainty and mounting pressure. Conventional support channels failed to provide clarity or progress, which only added to the frustration. After careful consideration, I reached out to U.R.F, under the leadership of Unique Services. From the outset, their approach was methodical and reassuring. The team conducted a thorough assessment, identified the root cause of the security compromise, and acted swiftly to restore full access. More importantly, they reinforced my account with advanced protective measures, ensuring the long-term safety of my portfolio. Their expertise proved invaluable at a critical moment.

Terrible company, failed to recover my car because they had no recovery vehicles available. Left to find own way home at 4.30am. Terrible company, failed to recover my car because they had no recovery vehicles available. Made excuses then sent someone to tell me my flat battery was flat before disappearing. Left to find own way home at 4.30am. Said "we will ask one of our guys to swing by and see if we can start your car, but failing that you will have to wait till a flatbed truck is available". Sent someone to confirm my flat car battery was flat and car wouldn't start then informed me that no recovery vehicle available till Monday. Two days later! (My battery was flat and BCM corrupted, so car would never start until autoelectrician reprogrammed BCM) Then company claimed because a guy "swung by" to achieve nothing that was a call out. This after EMERGENCY ASSIST stated clearly they do not offer roadside repairs as part of contract. Emergency Assist lied about roadside repair and were in breach of contract. My car was in a open car park with a large bus terminus at front, so car was easily accessible and alternative company had my car home next day within 1hr of asking. I see another similar review, so this is how they operate when they have no vehicles available. Be warned. EA - Refused to pay for a taxi home. It was 4.30am and -1 degrees. In the end I paid for a taxi £50 and alternative recovery £180 to fix EA failure to help. Never use this company! They put you on to their complaints dept who hold the line and say not their problem. I'm in dispute and likely to end up in Small Claims Court till I force them to accept their responsibilities.

Disgusting service. Crooks. Vulnerable disabled lady with serious mental health conditions spoken to like dirt, left stranded on the busiest section of the M4 for ETA 10 hrs at one point. 7 hrs after call, still no help. Multiple lies. Unable to find junction 24 of the M4 , stating directions were wrong when traffic cops gave them. Saying the first mechanic had to be cancelled but had left which incurred a £130 fine. He later called me by mistake, thinking I was another client and remembered my case. Confirmed he had not left and was working at the time on another job. Told my husband the mechanic was with me helping, when he wasn't. Confirmed my location pin point live on their computer, then called hours.later.to say they didn't have it. Told me that because I didnt disclose vulnerability on my first call, they had no obligation to prioritise me. On a very dangerous stretch of motorway. Traffic police gravely concerned about my welfare 7 hrs later and advised me to phone my bank, block them and cancel cards and get help elsewhere, which I had to do as the risk to myself and others had to be assessed and acted upon. After disclosing disability a text arrived that gave me a new ETA that was longer than the previous one before that info was shared. Broke down at 8am and only flat tyre. One ETA wasn't until just before midnight. With thanks to the traffic police who brought me coffee and snacks, I was close to passing out. My lips were blue with cold and I was advised by the traffic patrol to sit in my car because I was soaking wet and risk of getting hypothermia. I feel traumatised and especially felt that I was treated in a biased and discriminatory way just because I was upset and angry due to my vulnerability I advise anyone who hears about this company to steer well clear especially if you have a disability and need to be safe on the roads.

I was irritated by other suppliers' poor assistance and frequent setbacks, but SECUREDFUNDLTD/COM totally altered everything. They communicated regularly, took the time to fully grasp my needs, and handled the problem professionally. Their exceptional dedication truly made a difference.

Had a blowout at around 1 o’clock P.M. on Aug.29th.Phoned Emergency assist and they asked if it was a wheel change or recovery.I said wheel change. They sent a guy out 2 hours later. He couldn’t help as I just had a foam repair kit and no spare wheel. He said Emergency Assist were standing him down and he left us stranded.Emergency Assist said as I stated a ‘wheel change’ when asked about recovery,I had supplied false information and would be charged £120 call out fee.If I wanted recovery it would cost £360.My wife and I are in our eighties and were very, very, disappointed with their sevice. We eventually got a a mobile tyre fitter and was back on the road after more than 5 hours.Would not recommentd this company if this is how they treat old people.

Unacceptable Breakdown Service – Stranded and Let Down My car locked me out on a hot Saturday, leaving me, my wife, and baby stranded. Called at 11:30 AM; promised a tow within 2 hours to a garage I arranged to stay open. Delays piled up: recovery service was late, overwhelmed, and pushed arrival past garage closing. Customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and ignored my concerns about valuables visible in the car and the urgency. After 3.5 hours, I sent my family home by taxi. No resolution offered; suggested towing to my house but refused a free tow later due to their delay. Cancelled after more delays; fixed it myself via mobile mechanic to avoid further stress. Incurred taxi costs, unpaid leave, and distress, especially with a young child. Lost all trust in this service – unreliable and unsafe. On top they dont acknowledge their poor service instead they justify their failure to deliver the service thats being paid, Avoid!

Emergency Assist / 2Gether Insurance refused to help me with a breakdown, wrongly claiming it was the same issue as before when it was a completely separate fault. When I explained this, the call handler hung up on me. I’ve now joined the AA and the difference is clear. They were prompt, professional and genuinely helpful. I would not recommend Emergency Assist to anyone.

AVOID this company! Myself and my family broke down while 2 hours from home, got told I would have to pay for the recovery myself as my van was converted to a campervan. There was no mention of this or anything of the sort whilst taking the policy out or in my documents. We had to pay nearly £500 to get towed home, and had to wait 4 hours for the privilege. Was on hold for 30 minutes before getting through to anyone. Despite having a toddler and 2 dogs on a very busy main road on the hottest day of the year. Do yourself a favour and go with a bigger name recovery company that will actually recover you!

Took the renewal money without telling me they had done. Two days later saw an email saying we have your money and of course it could take ten days for it being reimbursed.
