“Very simple to purchase the policy and very competitively priced. I have not had to use the service yet, you always hope that you don't anyway! Had to call customer service as I did not receive anything from them - post or email - that stated my account / customer number which the other paperwork they sent through said you needed to quote if you ever called them...good job I did as they had to perform some kind of update to get my details as they weren't already there, this would probably have been a bit of a nightmare if I had had to go through this whilst sat waiting at the side of the motorway, which doesn't fill you with confidence. Perhaps they should change their paperwork set up?”

“Never heard of the company until I was looking to renew my breakdown cover. They were more than competative on price, and up to now I have been happy with the service, but have not yet had to call them out.”

“I registered my brother for breakdown cover as he does not use a computer. I made it clear at the time that, though I was using my email address and my bank account that it was my brother who would be a member and in his car. I also asked for documents regarding the cover be sent to his address. My brother has received nothing, no membership documents, contact numbers or even a membership card. Although I was informed by telephone that documents would arrive, they have not. I would like someone to correct this and send documents soonest or contact me for more information. I am not holding my breath waiting for a reply but would appreciate one soonest. Regards James Thornberry. Members name David Thornberry.”

“Have not had to use the breakdown cover but did need to call customer services just for a query. The call was answered quickly and the agent dealt with it very efficiently. Would definitely recommend”

“Refused home start support because I carried out minor maintenance before call (topped up coolant). Wanted to charge me £100 for a call-out. It seems like 2gether will find any excuse to save money”

“I have taken a policy out with 2Gether Motor Breakdown and though, luckily I haven't needed to use them I found buying the policy online very easy to do. Also they are very good value for money.”
