“I’ve never used them, hence 4 stars, but I heard they are great. And today I contacted them to cancel an auto renew today. I was fairly sure I’d be penalised, but I was not. They were super helpful and have cancelled for me. I feel super grateful and happy.”

“3rd year with Emergency Assist & thankfully not had to use services yet (fingers crossed). Only problem I've encountered is with renewal. Last year my renewal couldn't be taken automatically so I had to call. The same thing happened this year. Having said that the people who took my calls were great”
