I have only just purchase mine so can't say as yet but very helpful when question asked . I would like to have a breakdown card to carry with me .

Renewing was made difficult I had to input al details again even though they were the same details as the original Policy . Not user friendly .

called and was informed that someone would be with me in 90 mins, they came sooner than that and towed me to local garage. friendly and professional service.

They were great. Arrived within the 90 minutes promised. Friendly recovery man and friendly staff on the phone. All required was my name, reg and where my car had broken dowm. Great service! Thankyou :)

Shocking customer service. I purchased the breakdown cover for my 19 yr old daughter - I have purchased additional breakdown with another company for both myself and my daughter due to the shocking service I received. When my car broke down I believed the issue to be the starter motor - the contractor who attended the breakdown was adamant that it was the battery - I questioned this diagnoses and asked that the car be turned of and restarted to check that the issue was the starter motor - the engineer from edgertintons was adamant it was the battery. Took the vehicle to have the battery replaced the next day and purchased a new battery only to find out that the issue was the starter motor. When I put the call through to have the car taken to SAC alternators was charged a further £98 to have the car taken to there premises. The contractor/engineer from Mansfield who assisted on this call out was very efficient and straight away diagnosed the issue as the starter motor and the engineer was really helpful. However the same cannot be said about James in the in the call center. James made it clear that he was the most senior person in the business apart from the owner and what ever he said was final - I mentioned to James that I was not happy with paying the additional £98 due to the mis diagnoses by the engineer. I requested how I make a complaint and James told me to look at the back page of my contract. When I tried to book the 2nd call out for which I had to pay , James put the phone down on me. DISGUSTING SERVICE!

The recovery assistance arrived within 30 minutes, as the conditions were very bad with snow and ice and many people stranded,this was excellent. The gentleman put me at ease straight away. I was distressed and alone. Not good. Once settled and my vehicle onboard, it was taken to my chosen garage for repair. Can't thank Emergency assist enough, and my parents for getting it.

Simple and easy process to renew my policy at a price cheaper than those quoted on comparison websites. I was unsure as to whether or not the renewal had been applied and e mailed. An e mail response was received within an hour! Fantastic, first class service.

Communication was non existent I had to keep calling the help line for updates in the end after well over 2 hours wait the pick up lorry went to the wrong location this is despite me giving the correct location

I Had issues with the website and they kept trying to contact me until they got in touch to set it all up. it took no time at all and the man I spoke to was very helpful. thanks.

I had 2 call outs, the first was on Jan 8th...was initially told 60-90 mins wait for recovery vehicle. After 2 hrs, I rang EA twice but only got recorded messages and nobody answered...eventually spoke to someone and was told 10 mins....no vehicle arrived. I called again and was told he's on his way. Eventually I received a call saying recovery vehicle will be 20 mins.....that was a 3 hour wait! The second call out was on Jan 15th....I was kept up to date with calls and had to wait just 90 minutes...you redeemed yourselves! On both occasions the recovery drivers were both helpful, courteous and friendly.
