“Very quick and easy to set up. I can't give them five stars coz fortunately, I haven't had to call them out yet, so I don't know how efficient they are. But it cost's a little more for the whole year, than the AA wanted for a month!”

“The telephone staff were helpful and polite. The recovery driver was very pleasant and helpful. However, it was 2 and half hours before he arrived, due to being located up above Birmingham, and I was in Hereford, and his tow truck then developed a fault which took further time to sort out.”

“I was stranded after a hospital visit. The operator was empathetic and organised emergency one off insurance. She kindly arranged garage assistance, in the interim, I managed to start my car. I called the garage to advise. Next day called the company and they are reimbursing the call out fee. Very feel good service from a caring company.”

“Fast and efficient no nonsense service. The guy who came out to see me was great and made sure that my car re started before he left. The call handler was great, really clear about what I should and shouldn't do, gave me an estimated time and the mechanic was there well within the time estimated time given.”

“Had to wait a while before I got to speak to someone but the customer service is very good and i'm happy with how quickly the breakdown service turned up and the wheel got changed in no time so I could go and get it fixed the same day. Thank you for a great service so far.”

“My car died, weather awful. The call handler was calming & professional & Lawrence arrived in his breakdown van much quicker than the 60-90 minutes that gad been predicted. Nice man, explained everything, was very calm & got me to the garage safely.”

“Broke down on a very busy road. One quick phone call and an operative arrived within the hour and transported me and my car back to my drive with no fuss. It gives me great peace of mind knowing that this service is there should I ever need it.”
