“Very helpful initial phone call followed by extremely quick breakdown truck arriving. The problem was diagnosed immediately and the driver got me home and made sure I was happy with everything. I was incredibly impressed. Many thanks.”

“When I phoned the enquiry number recently, I was kept waiting for eight minutes and had to listen to music with a repeated voice over, which was very annoying, before my call was answered. My enquiry was handle sufficiently. I hope that if ever I call the emergency number, I won't be kept waiting as long. I can only judge your services once I need to access them and I'm hopefull I will be satisfied with the service!”
