“It would have been helpful if the letter informing me of the change of company name also included the new breakdown number rather than just informing me that it had changed. My initial payment was refused. I don't know which card / payment type you tried. It would have been helpful to have been asked how I wanted to pay and to confirm the card details rather than using the one from 12 months ago, which is what I assume was done.”

“Changed over from GreenFlag to your company fed up with GF as I’ve never had call to use them ever since I joined over six years ago they give you a discount for not calling them out but fee goes up every time!! Last renewal was £167, Emergency assist came out at £120 for 2 vehicles plus lot’s of other benefits. Well done Emergency Assist.”
