Very easy to get breakdown cover on website, simple procedure to follow. Very competitive prices, cover seems to be adequate for our needs. Haven't yet needed their services, so will comment, if and when, we do.

I didn't receive confirmation email containing policy papers as stated after 4 days after buying online and had to phone through to query. Problem immediately rectified by pleasant telephone operator.

My car was struggling to start today because of low power battery. I have purchased a breakdown insurance from "2Gether" but when I called for their assistance they asked me to pay an additional £98.40 so they would help me to jump start the car. The insurance agreement states "Breakdown: The inability to use a Vehicle as a result of electrical / mechanical failure, damage caused by puncture of road tyres, flat battery which renders the vehicle completely immobilised." ... yet, these guys refused to assist me until I pay the £98.40. Avoid.

Very easy site to use, got the cover I required at a very good price. Unable to comment on breakdown service call out as fortunately not needed as yet, but reassuring they are only a call away.

I am a new customer so haven't used your services yet but the deal I think is very good value for money compared to other companies I went to and hopefully will start that way next year.

Joined well under 14 days ago & incurred a roadside breakdown. Operator was very unhelpful asking lots of unrelated questions. Have requested a full refund 2 days ago & as of today still have received no response from 2gether after sending 2 emails.

It was very easy to get roadside cover.The only complaint is that It did not accept my master credit card as payment but did accept my debit card. No reason was given for this. I checked with my credit card provider the next day & they thought it may have been the expiry date which still has 8 months to run???

I'm disgusted in this company. Isaw the cheap price and i clicked on it to buy it, after buying it and reading its terms & conditions etc I realised that this was not the policy for me, I called to cancel and was told a £10 administration fee would be charged even though I had only had it fro 15 minutes.

Ms Holland, Having read the terms and conditions you would have been aware that if cancelled within the first 14 days a £10 charge is levied against the refund. Thereafter if cancelled there is no return premium due. Our terms of business are advertised at the point of quotation, and a compulsory declaration to be ticked to say these have been read and understood, prior to a price being produced for consideration. A week after I took out cover, documents still not received and not so much as a confirmatory email telling me what my policy number is. If I have an accident at present, I would have no idea who to contact. I am effectively paying for nothing until I get the paperwork. Compared to all other insurance companies I deal with, this is lame.

Mr Prest, Thank you for your feedback. The documents are automatically sent at the point of purchase but can inadvertently reside in spam/jun folders due to over eager filters. Mr Todd, Of the two emails received, one will have contained the information for you to login into your account and retrieve the documents if required, whilst the other would have contained said documents as attachments, one of which being the schedule of cover outlining the requested information.
