“it took a little while to get the right amount of discount I got but it eventually got the right amount as for the service I have never used it before so until I need it or have to use it I have a open mind on the service lets hope that I don't need the service but if I do it is quick and efficient”

“There was some confusion to start with as it was unclear whether the payment has gone through for breakdown cover. I called to check it out and the lady was very helpful in sending out the documents I hadn't received and confirming that my policy is running. Thanks for the reassurance!”

“Having compared an awful lot of prices and whats offered for them, I decided that for my purpose 2gether motor breakdown covered all my requests. It was easy to arrange on line which was another plus so I decided to "go for it". As this is a new policy I can't comment on service or reliability.”

“I have always in the past got my breakdown cover linked in with my car insurance, but decided to do it separately. Your cover is very reasonably priced for the cover that I required to ensure that me and my family are safe if and when we have a breakdown. I have only just purchased your cover.”

Thank-Your for your feedback, we try to work on a 4 ring answer rule however at times of calls spiking there can be the odd time that we exceed this. I am pleased that generally you are having a good experience with us.

“I have only just purchased this breakdown cover and actually hope I never have to make use of the service! However I can say a few things about how easy it is to use the company sign up website. During my initial checking of the product I was offered two discounts to encourage me to purchase, so I did - not wanting to miss a seemingly good bargain! I can recommend the very low price I paid for my cover package. If the time comes and I have to avail myself of the breakdown service I would be willing to make a review of the event”
