My car was struggling to start today because of low power battery. I have purchased a breakdown insurance from "2Gether" but when I called for their assistance they asked me to pay an additional £98.40 so they would help me to jump start the car.
The insurance agreement states "Breakdown: The inability to use a Vehicle as a result of electrical / mechanical failure, damage caused by puncture of road tyres, flat battery which renders the vehicle completely immobilised." ... yet, these guys refused to assist me until I pay the £98.40.
Avoid.
