“Put this cover through the website several times with exactly the same details and each time it came back with a different price even though it was claiming 50% off the normal price. It cost me 48.28 for two vehicles to be covered. The next day I found Group On were selling the same cover for single vehicles at 19 pounds so I could have bought two 19 pound packages & saving over 10 pounds!! I have thankfully not had to use the service yet so I cannot comment upon the standard of call out.”

“Signed up for breakdown cover and got a great price.. but since then, iv had no Confirmation of my policy! im not sure what I'm even covered for! Maybe an email or letter Confirming these would be great/better!”

“Very easy to use website and very very cheap, The same UK cover from one of the big companies AA RAC Greenflag would have cost me 3 times the price and no thats not an exaggeration its really would have cost 3 times the amount i paid. I haven't had to call them out yet so i suppose thats were the real test lies.”

“Found out relay home is not covered only after paying and that is something I need . Then told it cost $10 quid to cancel. Website not clear that you only go to nearest garage.”

“I have had breakdown insurance for quite a while. Its the first time I have had to call them out. Starting with the initial phone call which was answered promptly they took basic details and then rang me back for full details all done very quickly and efficiently. The repair vehicle arrived about 15 minutes later I can tell you that felt brilliant. The driver assessed the situation again efficiently and was able to get the car going again. He then made further checks and measurements and told me what needed doing to fix the problem for good. He didn't leave until I was on my way again. Just one word to say Brilliant.”
