“2Gether Motor Breakdown Insurance have asked me to write a review when I only took the policy out last night ! Ok, here goes .. What's the sense of asking someone for a review, when they have not had sufficient opportunity to make a judgement regarding how beneficial your service is. It would be far better if you sent your customers an invitation to make a review immediately after they had experienced their motor vehicle breaking down. That is the time when it will be apparent how good the service really is. No complaints regarding the price. It's very competitive for a national recovery and repair service with home start. PS - Happy to give you a higher score once I've used your service (if you'll let me).”

Mr Rimmer, Thank you for your comments. As you will note, the email sent to you states: "We appreciate you may have only just bought the policy, perhaps you are renewing your cover, or have recently called upon the service, but all feedback is welcome and valued." Additionally we actively ask for feedback if/when our service is called upon. Customer engagement has led us to obtain client feedback at all points of the 'client journey', right through from initial purchase and enquiry, to renewal, and claim stage where applicable. This then gives consumers a very accurate indication as to a businesses overall customer satisfaction levels, without focusing on a specific area or part of the journey. “Umm... I... bought it - that's all I can say about it right now. Still awaiting documentation. The price was good and I moved from Autonational Breakdown. Beyond this I have nothing to review / add as yet.”

“I found you on the comparethemarket web site. There was a discrepancy with the number of call outs that were showing 6 for compare and 4 for further details. I telephoned you and a call centre member of staff confirmed that it was 6. She did take note of this and was going to inform the relevant people to get it changed.”

“I haven't had any call to use the service as my policy doesn't start until beginning of March. I had a problem downloading my policy and have given full marks for the way with which my call was dealt.”

“I was filling in the form online when suddenly the page would not move down, so had to phone up and luckily after explaining the situation the young man couldn't have been more helpful. It was lovely to have someone who you could easily hear and able to fully understand what he said so clearly, sorry I didn't write down his name. A big thank you to him and hope it will be as good if I have to phone the company again during the coming year.”

“Hi. Only just joined 2Gether so I am hoping I get a good service if and when I need HELP at any time. Have been with the AA & RAC in the passed but both are getting expensive so I have shopped around and found 2Gether quite cheaper for anallround door 2 door cover with all the extras "ALL IN" the deal.”
