“I haven't had any call to use the service as my policy doesn't start until beginning of March. I had a problem downloading my policy and have given full marks for the way with which my call was dealt.”

“I was filling in the form online when suddenly the page would not move down, so had to phone up and luckily after explaining the situation the young man couldn't have been more helpful. It was lovely to have someone who you could easily hear and able to fully understand what he said so clearly, sorry I didn't write down his name. A big thank you to him and hope it will be as good if I have to phone the company again during the coming year.”

“Hi. Only just joined 2Gether so I am hoping I get a good service if and when I need HELP at any time. Have been with the AA & RAC in the passed but both are getting expensive so I have shopped around and found 2Gether quite cheaper for anallround door 2 door cover with all the extras "ALL IN" the deal.”

“I was very surprised at how extremely competitive your covering premium was and found it difficult to even look at AA or RAC, my policy does not come into effect until 01/03 so I have not required any assistance. We always hope that we will never need assistance and just how good you really are will when I come to need help but up to now completely satisfied. I do like the way you have followed up the transaction and not just collect the premium and run, thank you.”

“Very easy to get breakdown cover on website, simple procedure to follow. Very competitive prices, cover seems to be adequate for our needs. Haven't yet needed their services, so will comment, if and when, we do.”

“My car was struggling to start today because of low power battery. I have purchased a breakdown insurance from "2Gether" but when I called for their assistance they asked me to pay an additional £98.40 so they would help me to jump start the car. The insurance agreement states "Breakdown: The inability to use a Vehicle as a result of electrical / mechanical failure, damage caused by puncture of road tyres, flat battery which renders the vehicle completely immobilised." ... yet, these guys refused to assist me until I pay the £98.40. Avoid.”
