“They don't confirm after policy buy payment is thought but don't have email communication like send contract copy and confirm, just on-screen order no only”

When purchasing a policy through us a confirmation email is automatically sent on each occasion to confirm this and the relevant information pertaining to the cover. “Rating is based on the experience so far because I can't rate the service as I've only just taken out a policy. It does seem to offer great value for money if it delivers what it promises but reading some reviews today I'm not holding out much hope. Time will tell though and I was willing to take a punt.”

“Cannot make a comment , the cover I purchase commence on Feb.1; online info is good; actual use of breakdown service still remains to be answered. Price is very good base on info also no extra charges for call-outs.”

“i have been a member before but not last year as breakdown cover was included in my car insurance, on this years membership I rang and spoke to an advisor and explained that my cover start date is 14th feb 2016 and I was changing vehicle at the end of feb or march and asked if I should wait until then. they told me oh no just ring us and we'll change your details,simple as that. these are a top class service and I'm proud to be a member.”
