“Bought some carpet tiles and adhesive spray, came the next day and an item was missing which was sent straight out. Outstanding service, also customer service was spot on. Literally cannot praise enough, thankyou so much.”

“The choice of tiles was good. The tile calculator was really useful and the price was really competitive compared to buying normal carpet. Arrived on the day they said they would and the courier updated us as he closed in on our address. Laying them was so easy. I haven't actually glued mine down but, once all were laid, they are really solid. Cosy Toes II are as plush as they sound and have finished off our newly decorated spare/guest room.”

“In wanting to redecorate my home office during lockdown, Carpet Tiles offered the ideal solution. A Fantastic range of options, easy to handle in boxes & having watched the online fitting video easy for the average DIY'er to lay themselves! ( No large Roll of carpet to drag up the stairs or waiting weeks for a carpet fitter) I went for the Nouveau Bee Line (Ali) Looks Great but my Knees are complaining a little! Ordering was easy & Delivery was in less than 2 Days with spot on timing. I will be Mixing & Matching when I do the front bedroom with Tiles for something completely different (A job for when we are all locked down again in Jan after the Xmas excesses )”

“Found the company very easy to communicate with, and responsive. When my samples did not arrive in the time indicated, due to carrier issues, they sent replacements with next day delivery. Would use again.”

“Mixed review really Sales person was great. Let down by poor delivery that didn’t turn up leaving me without products to start the job costing me time and money !!! Still not heard anything about any compensation for all the hassle. Shame they haven’t done the wright thing.”

“Ordered the cosy toes 2 tiles for my living room to go on top of laminate. I’ve always had carpet tiles upstairs and wanted to stick with them because of how easy they are. The tiles themselves are amazing and soft, they’re easy to clean which is ideal with kids and was easy to cut and fit myself! You can barely see the lines in the tiles and I’m sure with more movement and hoovering they’ll disappear completely! There was a slight issue with the amount of tiles I got delivered but a quick online chat and a phone call later was all sorted within an hour and the rest of the tiles were with me within 24 hours! Couldn’t ask for any better help and customer service! Will definitely be buying more to upgrade my carpet tiles upstairs!”
