“Order and payment process was easy, minus points were not being informed at point of ordering that although the tiles ordered are from the promoted range ”Nouveau” they were not in stock in th UK and came from Belgium which resulted in a weeks delay in receiving them. Communication also lacking as 5 days after ordering received no calls or emails, so I called to be informed about the items not being in stock although they show up as in stock at point of ordering. Lesson learned call first to check delivery. The tiles themselves are excellent quality and my client is happy which is the main thing. The packing as noted with other purchasers is very poor.”

Hi Steve thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We're really sorry that you are having to wait for replacements. DPD lost one of your parcels and therefore we have ordered replacements which will be with you middle of next week. Usually this would be quicker but the product you chose had sold out. We hope to exceed your expectations next time.

“I recently placed my first order with DCTUK for the reception of my Taekwondo gym. Despite this being a relatively small order, the personal service received was outstanding. This spanned from the opportunity to get samples, the quick contact and support from the team, the excellent price and the timely dispatch. “lady who took my order over the phone was very helpful and understanding as I live on my own so there would be no one in to sign for the order. parcel was left at my preferred place. “We bought the Forbo Flotex Wood effect carpet planks for our production area at work and they have transformed the area and look very good and are easy to lay. The delivery was great and the service DCTUK provide is excellent.”

“Didn’t receive delivery even though signed for by someone. Customer service was very helpful and arranged redelivery but I cancelled order due to timings. I still haven’t received a refund”

“I spend quite a long time looking at different samples and getting different quotes before finally making a decision which carpet tiles to go for. Heather was super helpful and patient at all times. Plus once the order was placed the carpets tiles came very quickly and are great quality. Thanks”

“After disappointment of carpet tile ordered then to be informed the colour was no longer available,viewed your web page again and picked another colour to suit curtains in the room and on delivery of tiles very pleased with the match and look good and finish off our room nicely.”
