“Sample is fine. Not quite the match for the Nouveau beige tiles that I was using. I suppose that I will have to bite the bullet and order from your sample. It was a shame that you did not tell me when I ordered them in early October that they were going out of stock and I could have over ordered. The floor will now look a bit of a mismatch. Black mark for DCTUK E G Starkey”

Hi Edmund, Sorry that you have had this experience, we don't know in advance sometimes when a product goes out of stock or gets discontinued. If you need any help with matching tiles please let us know.

“Two of the four samples arrived almost by return. The remainder were several weeks and multiple text messages before they eventually arrived. We did select one of the “late” arrivals. Luckily I am collecting materials for my bathroom project ahead of requirements. All dealings with the team were excellent and despite the somewhat tardy samples, my order was ready for dispatch the next day with delivery the day after”

“excellent in providing a wide collection of carpets. However, due to the poor customer service, I had to get fitting service from another company. It took a month or even more to arrange someone have a visit in our dental practice in Guildford.”
