“Well what can i say... when you get stuck or are struggling to find your product you need that special person or company to get you out of the hole your in. Well lucky for me i found DCTUK and Heather who were amazing. More surprising was it wasn't a huge order and i still received great attention and effort to resolve my problem and they found the product i was after. Within two days i had completed the flooring project and had a very happy customer so thank you Heather and DCTUK so much for the great service and care.”

“Very efficient, only slight thing was. I was told both deliveries would be on Monday, I then had to ring you as I was expecting one delivery. apparently as I had ordered d/s tape and carpet. tiles this constituted two deliveries. In the end the tape was delivered Friday and the tiles on Monday, Otherwise friendly service. Thanks”

“I purchased carpet planks for our domestic kitchen. As I wanted to ensure that the colours we had selected were true to the computer screen I contacted DCTUK, initially by chat link and later by phone. The sales lady was extremely helpful and arranged free samples, which was just as well as the colours were not quite as appeared on the computer screen. We then asked for a further two different colour samples which again were supplied very quickly. I spent time a long time planning the layout of a mix of 3 different colours and finally ordered. I was remembered instantly. Dispatch was rapid and delivery quick and efficient. Tested the layout and was extremely pleased with the end result. Well done to the contact lady and DCTUK!”

“Sent for samples online, which arrived next day, chose the colour of the tile, placed a order and got a discount code for 10%. Next day day delivery date given, which was inconvenient for us, spoke on the phone to a cheery man in dispatch who changed date to next day. Tiles arrived next day. Overall a very pleasant interaction with the company. Would recommend to people.”

“I am awaiting delivery of my order but I have been SO impressed with dctuk and the service they have given me. Following requesting samples, I received a telephone follow-up confirming receipt of my request and advising that I would be given a 10% discount. I have only placed a small order (for my bathroom) but have had 2 separate advices on delivery - only a few days. If other companies offered similar standards of service, life would be easier!”
