“Excellent customer service from start to finish! Cannot fault DCTUK - from service to price and quality of product. Cheapest I found and extremely happy with the finish. All the fitters were helpful and friendly providing aftercare advice too. This was for an office refit and this was part 1 - I will definitely go back for part 2. We purchased carpet tiles and luxury vinyl. Would highly recommend.”

“I have just upgraded my shed to a garden room so needed carpet tiles that would be durable as well as attractive and not to expensive. Had looked at local retailers. Boring colours and 21 day delivery. Ordered online from You and tiles were delivered within 48 hours and look great on the floor. The bonus was that your confirmation email said dispatch lwoul d get in touch about delivery surcharge for Dumfriesshire. No call, no extra charge, just efficient service. Thank you”

“The carpet tiles I ordered were very good quality and the colour was as per the sample. Delivery was within the 1-3 working days. My only quibble is that I did not hear from DCTUK from time of ordering to receiving the consignment. Notification of shipping would have been appreciated. I would still recommend DCTUK to any future buyer.”
