“I discovered DCTUK after searching for carpet tiles online. I work from home and use a spare room as an office, but it is also where guests sleep on a sofabed occasionally. For this reason I needed something so withstand the weight / movement of an office chair, but also being nice enough to look like a carpet rather than flat, ugly, un-soft office carpet tiles. I was really impressed that I could get free samples and took advantage of this. I was pretty sure I knew what I was after, but wanted to check a few other ranges to help my decision. I ended up going for Noveau Cosy Toes II in Wolf colour. They arrived approx 1 week later (it was advised that they would be 5-7 days on the web site). The room I fitted in is approx 2.5 metres square so easy to lay as I didn't have too much cutting to do. They were straight on to a chipboard floor (I removed previous carpet, grippers and underlay). I used a spray adhesive to stop the Dyson pulling them up, this is a semi-permanent fix so I can lift them if needed. I am really pleased with how they look, they have a pile which shows as lighter or darker depending on which way it is brushed and they make the room look a lot nicer than the previous flat blue carpet. It is still visible that these are carpet tiles not carpet (they have an arrow on the back to make sure they are laid the same way) but this isn't obvious. Overall, very impressed and I'd have no problem recommending the tiles and DCTUK”

“the delivery time was quick but I've only given 2 as the driver left the flooring outside on a pallet in torrential rain. the website states someone needs to be home to sign for delivery and there was someone home but no one bothered to knock the door. *UPDATE* Thank you for replying to my review. The flooring is down and looks lovely. I also thought the chocolates were a kind gesture. All in all I would use your company again but would strongly recomend that you find an alternative courier.”

“Helpful people. Nice carpet plans which look good now they are installed on a steel staircase. Very efficient fast delivery. INitial hiccup with sending adhesive (courier fault, not DCTUK) so they, DCTUK, sent me some chocolates. A nice bonus! All just fine. I don't need any more carpets for the moment but if I did I would b uy from them again.”

“Brought 2 boxes of purple econyl floor tiles for my self built home office. They arrived quickly and not damaged and were a decent price. The quality of the tiles are really good to. I'm now thinking about changing my carpets at home for carpet tiles instead.”
