“Tiles arrived on time, but when put down we were a bit dissapointed that although all ordered at the same time, there was colour variation between the tiles which has spoilt the look a little bit.”

Hi sorry that there was a colour difference. This occasionally happens with different colour batches but we're always happy to change these tiles, all you need to do is email us and let us know. Thanks, Jon

“Helpful staff when ordering but felt confused over delivery as think there could be a better explanation at the onset around the delivery and that goods may be held up in Holland if the order is small. We were told goods were held up and then they must have had a delivery the same day to the warehouse as we got a message to say they were being delivered the next day. Had already explained about days/times we could not be around to receive goods but there was a listening and responding to issue. this was rectified Goods arrived, and are pleased with tiles.”

“Fast and efficient to work with. Some boxes arrived damaged which is out of their control. After contacting DCTUK to make them aware, they said if any tiles had damage they would replace. We haven't fitted them yet but will do over the next couple of weeks. Great service and range!”
