“Easy to order online. Secure payment too. Prompt delivery as standard. If problems occur they are fixed to meet customer expectations. Could not find fault at all. What's not to like?”

“Excellent carpet tiles and excellent customer service. Ross let me know when they did not have the tiles in I wanted and arranged an alternative and still managed to get them delivered within 24 hours.”

“Terrible service. Ordered the incorrect item but was told even though I hadn’t received this item yet there was a 30% handling fee! The flooring was over £1300 so I just refused to Accept the delivery and crawled the money back from PayPal! And the customer service was shocking! No help at all.”

“Ordering carpet tiles from dctuk was a very straightforward process. Requested samples were sent before we placed our main order. The side order for transition strips and tacky adhesive was advisedly sent separately and we were impressed by how well that was packaged. We live in one of the remoter UK mainland postcodes so occasionally 'difficult' items suffer in transit - usually because of inadequate packing. So full marks on that!”

“DCTUK have a good selection of flooring to suit all needs. Their prices are very competitive and provide samples of any product you are interested in. The lead times vary because of where the products are coming from, e.g. Britain or abroad. I had an issue with the quality of finish on my carpet tiles, to me a poor quality control by producer. However, because I had to rectify issues as I went along, I did not have photos of issues, so customer services said that the distribution team would contact me.. no contact yet! I have used DCTUK in the past with no problems and would use again. I would just make sure to get photos of any issues as I find them.”

“DTC Service was excellent from samples to delivery of tiles. Kept well informed and very easy process. On my install I went from a tiled conservatory floor (very cold floor). Used 10mm cork on a roll as a thermal barrier the laid the EGE Tiles using the recommended laying eg make a cross shape first. I secured the key tiles the centre one and the 4 ends of the cross. All the rest were loose laid. Worked a treat. Love the finished look 100% recommended”
