“I can’t thank or recommend DCTUK highly enough. I received the carpet tile samples I ordered within a couple of days and I was so impressed with one of them (it was so lush, just what I wanted) that I placed my order the same day. Only a small order for a small Voiceover Studio, but that didn’t alter the amazing service I received. Daniel couldn’t have been more helpful and efficient and much to my delight my tiles arrived the next day! I would definitely order from DCTUK again.”

“Brilliant service from start to finish. We ordered some samples, which arrived quickly. Placed an order easily online. I was kept informed all the way through. 0rder made on 19th an received our flooring on 21st. That's what I call excellent service.”

“Fantastic service thank you to the staff who helped and advised me via web chat and when I collected the tiles I tiled my 3 bedrooms with cosy toes tiles absolutely fantastic and easy to fit ha ad a few to return and again staff were amazing Well recommend the company and the products thank you”

“Could not have been easier. Shipment incredibly fast and even though I had a payment issue (banks fault not dctuk) an agent emailed me back the next day to help. Oh and the carpet tiles are lovely. Very good value for money”

“The process from reviewing the information on your website and obtaining samples, to ordering the tiles and delivery was quick and efficient. Communication was excellent with the tiles being delivered on the date advised. Regarding delivery, the driver was very helpful.”

“These guys live a bit of banter as can be seen in their website and their products. The adhesive can instructions are peppered with humorous ditties. The tiles and the adhesive did just what it said on the tin. If I was to make one comment it would be that I didn't notice anything that said that the price did not include vat so got a 20%hike at the checkout. Realistically I probably should have noticed it and thankfully it didn't put me off as the tiles are great.”
