“Cannot fault service and communication! Had small issue with incorrect adhesive but was shipped correct adhesive in good time although got damaged in transit but got the job done”

“Two lots of glue sent - both had burst open in transit. First totally unusable. Second managed to use but list quite a bit of glue. Had to go ahead as I had builders waiting.”

Hi Barry, I have listened back to the original call when you placed the order and although our advisor did tell you that you were ordering "Luvanto Click Plus" which was different to your previous order of "Luvanto Click", she didn't make it clear enough that these would not be compatible. I agree with you that we should have been clearer in this. And I apologise that this has not been rectified so far. Our Dispatch Manager says he has tried to contact you to arrange collection of these products and a full refund. If you can't find that email please email me at jon@dctuk.com and I will arrange this. Thanks so much for being honest in your review, we learn from this and improve from this. Just sorry your experience was not a good one this time.
