“What a great company to deal with! From first contact to delivery to installation help absolutely amazing. The samples I wanted came next day as promised and the price I wanted was agreed, even allowing for a draw down period which meant we didn't need to buy all the meterage at once and that also helped with storage issues.The product is wonderful despite a couple of sizing problems (some tiles were a bit sizey) but no real problem. Everyone loves the new flooring and I would have no issue with recommending DCTUK to anyone. First class all the way. Heather was brilliant!”

“Ordered some floor tiles to do a planed layout on the DCTUK website but the plan needed 4 different shades which wasn't showing on their site and I received 3, I called to say this of which the Lady I spoke to said yes your correct and the website tech calculator was wrong. They quickly sorted this out and sent the 4th shade of tiles out for Sat delivery(call I made was Thurs Evening. Very good customer service, and I will use them again.+++ Tony”

“This is the 3rd set of carpet tiles I have bought from DCTUK. The free samples are most helpful and usually arrive next day. Prices are reasonable, website easy to use and always a chat availability if further help is needed.”

“Absolutely great company. Amazing selection of carpet tiles, ace! Ordered one afternoon, I think now it was either the following day they arrived. Excellent service. They even sent me some samples in what I was looking for. Highly recommended. Customer service was first class.”

“Good quality product, easy online ordering and good telephone support when wanted to change delivery date. Only problem was the delivery lorry couldn't get down our road so we had to meet up in a lay-by and transfer the tiles to our car.”

“Hi...You requested me to give you a revue, but since i have only received part of my order (with no notification of delivery date) and have been told the rest of my order is due on 23rd November I am unable to give you a revue at this time.”
