“Customer service was great. We ordered lots of free samples to ensure we chose the right tiles for us. These arrived the next day. We order and paid online and the tiles arrived in 48 hours. Great quality tiles and instructions.Never laid tiles before but it didn’t take longer and they are amazing!”

“I was told by one sales person that I could have the flooring on Friday. Once I'd paid for it, another sales person told me I wasn't getting it till Monday. A bit disappointing. However. it arrived on Monday.”

“I use DCTUK for all my HSBC projects and I deal with Heather every time to order tiles. Any time I am not sure of the tile Heather sorts it for me within hrs. I am 100% satisfied with there service and would fully recommend them to anybody who does this line of work. Cheers.”
