“I'm very pleased with the product and apart from a small glitch with the delivery of one of the packages all has gone well. The guys back at base were able to resolve things fairly quickly and with no fuss. I'm more than happy to purchase again in the future as the need arises.”

“Good customer service managed to get glue on time when initial parcel got damaged, however different glue delivered but didn't matter too much because it was of same value, so got there eventually thank you :) PS floor is awesome, great product, good price!”

“the delivery time was quick but I've only given 2 as the driver left the flooring outside on a pallet in torrential rain. the website states someone needs to be home to sign for delivery and there was someone home but no one bothered to knock the door. *UPDATE* Thank you for replying to my review. The flooring is down and looks lovely. I also thought the chocolates were a kind gesture. All in all I would use your company again but would strongly recomend that you find an alternative courier.”

“I bought 11 packs of the QA luvanto flooring. The flooring itself is great I've had it before and simply scoring and snapping the flooring to size is fantastic. 2 packs did arrive damaged but after contacting DCT they had 2 packs sent out that day which arrived the next day. Great company and I will be using again.”

“Really good delivery and quality. The only thing I’d say was in one pack, there was 2 broken planks, and a few planks that had been damaged ie the side of the board ‘clip’ but had snapped off”

“Samples arrived promptly and ordering was simple. Telephones were answered without delay and personnel were helpful. The only downside with the purchase was the poor service given by the delivery firm.”

“My first order was completed on time and delivery was very fast. My second order was not delivered on time but this was due to supply problems not DCTUK. On contacting the company my complaint was handled by Heather very professionally to my satisfaction”

“Good service from this supplier. First class help when the first delivery went to the wrong address because of a post-code error. All in all, a pretty good effort from dctuk. Would definitely use again.”

“The carpet tiles I ordered were very good quality and the colour was as per the sample. Delivery was within the 1-3 working days. My only quibble is that I did not hear from DCTUK from time of ordering to receiving the consignment. Notification of shipping would have been appreciated. I would still recommend DCTUK to any future buyer.”

“Helpful staff when ordering but felt confused over delivery as think there could be a better explanation at the onset around the delivery and that goods may be held up in Holland if the order is small. We were told goods were held up and then they must have had a delivery the same day to the warehouse as we got a message to say they were being delivered the next day. Had already explained about days/times we could not be around to receive goods but there was a listening and responding to issue. this was rectified Goods arrived, and are pleased with tiles.”

“Competitive prices, (especially as they supply exact number required rather than in full boxes) easy and helpful communications. Quick delivery. Haven't actually plaid the tiles yet but fully expect to be satisfied with the results.”

“We are happy with the product but found the delivery charges relatively high as we only needed a few tiles. We found the amount of mails we received after having looked on the site and before purchasing excessive. Please tone down! The actual service was excellent (though the DPD driver failed or misunderstood the delivery instructions).”
