“Helpful staff when ordering but felt confused over delivery as think there could be a better explanation at the onset around the delivery and that goods may be held up in Holland if the order is small. We were told goods were held up and then they must have had a delivery the same day to the warehouse as we got a message to say they were being delivered the next day. Had already explained about days/times we could not be around to receive goods but there was a listening and responding to issue. this was rectified Goods arrived, and are pleased with tiles.”

“Competitive prices, (especially as they supply exact number required rather than in full boxes) easy and helpful communications. Quick delivery. Haven't actually plaid the tiles yet but fully expect to be satisfied with the results.”

“We are happy with the product but found the delivery charges relatively high as we only needed a few tiles. We found the amount of mails we received after having looked on the site and before purchasing excessive. Please tone down! The actual service was excellent (though the DPD driver failed or misunderstood the delivery instructions).”

“WEll the website is good, plenty of information and technical spec, also friendly and easy to talk to customer service. My issue would be there is no information on the site about delivery exclusions, ie Northern Ireland. A surprise charge was not the best thing to hear, to further ship the item once I had already thought id paid my lot.”

“I’d give 5 stars but I never got an email confirming my order. But the sister company who dealt with my delivery were great - efficient, friendly and helpful. Would recommend as you have a great range of vinyl flooring that is actually quite hard to find!”

“A problem occurred with my order which was resolved within half an hour of contacting Ross. The replacement tiles arrived the following day. Deliveries by DPD where on time and very efficient. Overall, a good service.”

“Order and payment process was easy, minus points were not being informed at point of ordering that although the tiles ordered are from the promoted range ”Nouveau” they were not in stock in th UK and came from Belgium which resulted in a weeks delay in receiving them. Communication also lacking as 5 days after ordering received no calls or emails, so I called to be informed about the items not being in stock although they show up as in stock at point of ordering. Lesson learned call first to check delivery. The tiles themselves are excellent quality and my client is happy which is the main thing. The packing as noted with other purchasers is very poor.”

“After disappointment of carpet tile ordered then to be informed the colour was no longer available,viewed your web page again and picked another colour to suit curtains in the room and on delivery of tiles very pleased with the match and look good and finish off our room nicely.”
