“We placed an order for green tiles but when they were delivered, they were blue. We called DCTUK, they were apologetic and got our correct order delivered the next day. Mistakes happen, but they sorted it very quickly and efficiently. Thank you.”

“tried to do this on-line but system would not let me enter name, company address and therefore unable to proceed, phoned through order placed in a matter of minutes on Friday Carpet tiles arrived Tuesday, no issues”

“l have purchase other wool carpet tiles, but found they stained very easy .l purchased Nouveau Cosy Toes 11 tiles, which l have found excellent, easy to lay, and look great on the floor.”

“Proactive service - my order though quite small (100 tiles) was treated with respect, and everything was promptly delivered. I loved the little delivery boy in the ad.- very comic. The tiles are just what we were looking for, but cannot review as none are laid at the time of writing”

“Tiles delivered in expected time frame by an extremely polite helpful and pleasant delivery driver. We were advised by text when to expect delivery and they duly arrived within that time slot. Very pleased with the tiles. Only hiccup is that we did not receive all the samples we requested.”

“EXCELLENT RANGE OF QUALITY PRODUCTS. GOOD PRICES AND VERY HELPFUL STAFF. THEY ALSO USE DPD ONE OF THE REALLY GOOD COURIERS. WOULD HAVE GIVEN 5 STARS BUT THE PACKAING THEY USE ISN'T STRONG ENOUGH. THE CORRUGATED CARD BOXES ARE THIN AND BRITTLE. ALL OF MINE WERE SPLIT AT THE CORNERS AND ALONG THE SIDES. PARCEL TAPE ALONG THE SIDES, TOP AND BOTTOM WOULD HAVE HELPED A LOT. AS A RESULT OF A PREVIUOS ORDER I ASKED FOR THIS BUT IT DIDN'T HAPPEN. IF THEY HAD BEEN DELIVERED IN BAD WEATHER THE TILES MIGHT WELL HAVE BEEN RUINED.”

“I ordered by phone and service was great, able to identify a suitable product for me, and I am happy with the product. The two slight downsides are firstly, that I didn't get an email to confirm the order details and secondly, that the Courier company used managed to deliver the glue to a collection shop but the tiles to my home address which was a bit confusing.”
